Project Description: We're seeking a strong and creative Software Architect eager to solve challenging problems of scale and work on cutting edge technologies. In this new adventure, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a world-class team in the field of Insurance by building a holistic solution, interacting with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: As part of a project team, resource will drive the design, architecture and implementation of Pega 7/8 based solutions. Resource will work as part of a project team to ensure that the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer requirements and, at times, mentor other project resources. Mandatory Skills Description: Attending DCO sessions while gathering and understanding requirements, and developing and testing use cases to help ensure the best possible application design. Designs the Process Design solution and co-ordinates with the technical team in development activities while ensuring adherence to the COE standards and best practices. Performing quality is in compliance with COE coding standards, UI/UX standards and Corporate Security standards. Validates final delivered solutions meet and perform to functional and non-functional requirements. Demonstrates a solid understanding of reuse and portability in terms of enterprise solutions seeking to determine and develop repeatable, efficient and optimal ways of implementing Pega applications. Makes recommendations of when to integrate with other products versus using PRPC for end to end solution and presents the best architecture to meet desired business needs. Supports pre-sale activities (including RFP's support and client presentations). Minimum of 10+ years of Pega PRPC 7.x and 8.x. Experience in implementing at least 5 years of experience on large scale projects. Experience leading projects using agile methodologies/frameworks. Experience in building and implementing model-driven, enterprise-level business solutions Should be a Pega Certified Business Analyst. Solid experience in Pre-sale projects. Nice-to-Have Skills Description: BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any relevant degree.
