This is a Remote Position.You are a Senior Pega Business Architect who is skilled in formulating and defining proposed solutions, scope and objectives with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provides Pega solutioning expertise to clients and stakeholders.Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments.Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short term project growth and success.Participates in the development of functional business requirements and helps users assess relative priorities for both business process and technology solutions.Understands business processes and priorities. Evaluates alternative business process and technology solutions, and participates in making technology recommendations to enhance business operations.Communicate with the internal customer to analyze information and business workflow to deliver functional requirements, use cases, and user interface designs.Effectively communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver UI requirements such as Graphical User Interfaces, Screen, and Interface mock-ups..Experience supporting Pega development or implementation.Develops business and system requirements, functional designs, process flows, and test plans.Conducts system testing and facilitates user acceptance testing.Works collaboratively with peers to coordinate the overall delivery of technology solutions to business groups.Develops working knowledge of the client's industry and uses this information to support continuous improvement initiatives.Interfaces with the application development team to validate test results for new applications verifying that they meet the requirements of their business group.QUALIFICATIONS US Citizenship requiredCertified Pega Business Architect or willingness to get certified2-5 years of business analysis experienceDegree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer ScienceExtensive experience with Agile/Scrum requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to understand business processes and translate into technical specificationsSolid problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively with people at all levels of the organizationClient-focused approach with outstanding interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of system development life cycle conceptsWORK ENVIRONMENT You are welcome to work anywhere in the United States, so long as you're willing and able to travel domestically to meet clients, as needed.
