The Pelvic Health Program at Fitness Forum Physical Therapy Specialized in treating pelvic health for over 25 years. Join a team of 16 pelvic health therapists. Participate in a monthly pelvic floor journal club. Mentorship with pelvic health specialist with over 30 years of experience. Education and Experience: Licensed as a Physical Therapist/Occupational Therapy by the Maryland state Board of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Examiners and/or part of the PT compact program. (Required) Graduate of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Bachelor's in Physical Therapy that is recognized by the APTA. (Required) Graduated of an accredited university with a minimum degree of Master's in Occupational Therapy that is recognized by the AOTA.
