About the Role:Rippling is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the PEO/ASO Operations team here at Rippling. This team is critical in driving compliance and operational tasks to ensure service delivery for Rippling's ASO (Administrative Service Offering) and PEO (Professional Employer Organization) products. This is a high impact team that works closely with R&D to build customer-facing and internal tooling software, and interfaces with government agencies and other critical third parties.
In this role, you will be driving excellence and rigor in the team's day-to-day operations, as well as leading a team of 40+ individual contributors and supervisors. You will design scalable and measurable processes to ensure on-time execution of the team's task SLAs, while working cross-functionally to minimize operational burden through software automation.
What You'll Do:Lead a team of 40+ individual contributors and supervisors in day-to-day operations.Identify software product improvement opportunities and collaborate closely with the R&D team in prioritizing and delivering on improvements.Establish and enforce team metrics to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and SLA delivery.Review operational processes for each workstream and identify opportunities for improvement.Drive positive culture and team building in the Bangalore office.You Should Have:10+ years of experience in an operational leadership role, such as payroll operations, regulatory operations, or support operations.Experience in leading teams of 30+ individuals.Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail with excellent work product, time management, and execution.Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office, especially Sheets/Excel, for data analysis and task organization; familiarity with JIRA/Confluence, Slack, and HRIS systems a plus.Grit and patience, since you'll have to deal with U.S. government agencies.In-person attendance to Rippling's Bangalore office, in line with Return-To-Office policies.Ability to work U.S. hours (Pacific time zone - PST).
