People Analytics Intern

About this opportunity:
You will be a part of a team supporting the roadmap for employee experience and people analytics by using storytelling to communicate insights to leaders and influence decisions:
What you will do:
• Consult and design analytical solutions for the people community, including People Business Partners, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development
• Extract and prepare people datasets applying tools like Power Query and Alteryx
• Build visualizations in Power BI that provide insights for customers to make decisions and act
• A chance to grow your technical and power skills in a fun environment!
The skills you bring:
• Data visualization skills (preferably Power BI)
• Data preparation skills (preferably Power Query or Alteryx)
• Ability to quickly learn new analytical tools and technologies
• Curiosity – the desire to learn and explore
• Grit – perseverance and passion for achieving goals
• Written, communication, and storytelling skills to convey analytics concisely
• SQL query skills
• Data Analysis Expression (DAX) skills
• Data modeling and large dataset skills
• Automation skills (PowerApps or Power Automate)
• Generative AI prompting skills (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
