The Role As a People Coordinator, you will act as the primary point of contact, providing first level support and guidance, whilst encouraging employees to take a self-service approach. In addition, you will help support the delivery of a high quality, efficient administrative and transactional service across the employee life cycle.
This is a remote role and you will be supporting business units across EST, CT time zones as well as Europe.
Here's What You'll Be Doing Provide first-line support and guidance on areas of the employee lifecycle on people policy, processes and payroll, providing a 'once and done' resolution to queries, escalating where appropriate.
Responses to queries are acted upon and resolved in a timely manner, in accordance with the Service Level Agreement. Legal and statutory compliance is met and in accordance with policy and procedures. Case management system is updated to accurately reflect advice and support provided. Reference relevant knowledge base articles and other policy materials to ensure responses are accurate and in accordance with the business. Assist with administrative and transactional queries which support the employee life cycle from employee change requests through to off-boarding and exit, ensuring high quality, consistent levels of service.
Accurate and timely documentation and processing. Meeting Payroll processing deadlines. Ensuring legal compliance when processing transactions. Case management system is updated to accurately reflect transactional processing activity. Signposting and coaching employees to maximise employee self-serve using Workday. Effective utilisation and optimisation of Workday, including data accuracy, data cleansing, providing reports whilst utilising reporting to monitor task completion whilst actively coaching or redirecting employees or managers.
Performance measured through data accuracy. Compliance with policies and procedures. Managers are confident to complete tasks without HR intervention following coaching and direction. Record and maintain accurate employee personal files
Correct filing and categorisation of employee documentation in accordance with document naming conventions. Compliance with document auditing process. Support the maintenance of knowledge base articles in accordance with any required changes to ensure it continues to reflect our brand and EVP.
Regular review of knowledge base content and feedback. Continuously reviews and update articles to ensure accuracy and compliance. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, systems, procedures, and change activities.
Proactive contribution and feedback on challenges and opportunities for improvement of processes, systems and behaviours. Participates and takes an active role in projects to support the ongoing improvement of the service. Respond flexibly and work with colleagues in response to any necessary changes in work priorities and undertake other duties when required.
Performance measured through feedback from team colleagues. Ensure that all information security requirements, including data protection, are met in accordance with the Group's policy, procedures, and statutory requirements.

An enthusiastic individual who is keen to learn. Good IT competence (Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint). The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
