\n What you will doAct as the primary point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries with promptness and reliability.Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, providing a warm welcome and detailed guidance about company policies and procedures.Manage HR records, including personnel files and attendance data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Support the administration of benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-provided benefits.Coordinate training sessions and workshops that enhance employee skills and knowledge.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and systems that improve workplace culture and employee experiences.Collaborate with various departments to support HR projects, such as surveys, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.Take ownership of the recruitment process, from job posting to managing interviews and participating in the selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including enhancing employer branding and optimizing job descriptions for visibility and appeal. Who you areYou have 3+ years of experience in human resources, employee relations, recruiting and HR administration.You are knowledgeable about U.S. labor laws and have experience with HR systems and databases.You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with and supporting team members at all levels within the company.You are a problem-solver with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.You thrive in a startup environment, adapting quickly to changes and proactively seeking ways to improve processes.You have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
