About the Role Dashlane is looking for a People Operations Lead to join our international People team and fulfill generalist responsibilities for the US, working for our international Senior Manager, People and in collaboration with a supportive team in New York, Paris and Lisbon. In this role you will lead the global onboarding program and 1-2 other global initiatives of your choice (such as People Analytics, Engagement Surveys) and provide People/HR support to all individual contributors across the US. Location This role is hybrid, in our New York offices in the Flatiron district on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. At Dashlane you will: Lead global New Hire Experience / Onboarding globally, maintaining and improving our hybrid-friendly, technology-enabled comprehensive process as we scale and based on new hire feedback.
Be the point person for the US-based Dashlaners, ensuring you help managers to prepare for their new hires, and become a trusted advisor to the new hires from the time they sign offer letters. Run 15-day check-in meetings with every US hire to ensure you're building trust, collecting feedback and helping them assimilate into the Dashlane community. Analyze and report on Onboarding survey data. Foundational tasks such as running background checks, preparing all data entry for new hire in BambooHR, coordinating with Workplace Experience and IT to ensure that new hires receive their work equipment and Dashlane swag timely. Provide People / HR support to Dashlaners across the business, such as swift and effective resolutions to employee questions and challenges. Maintain some of the systems we use to run key HR processes across the company, such as performance management, engagement surveys, exit surveys, US benefits, employee communications and more. Lead effort to continually find and implement fresh ways to celebrate success so people feel fulfilled and motivated. Coordinate training and development efforts, including influencing talented Dashlaners to create and deliver their own mini-trainings. Build compliance into all we do, including with running various audits and reports. Requirements: 5+ years HR experience, preferably in a tech startup in People/HR space or other experience with strong project management and communications skills We're Also Looking For: HR skills. Salary Range: $91,800 - $140,000 in base salary Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Dashlane. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Dashlaners. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Dashlane to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
