At Petrelli Previtera, LLC, we're looking for a People Operations Manager who can bring an outgoing, hands-on approach to managing our most valuable asset—our people. As we continue to grow rapidly, you'll be the key player in ensuring our firm operates smoothly, fostering an environment of trust, leadership, and teamwork. While based in Philadelphia, occasional travel to our other offices in Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, and New Jersey will allow you to make a direct impact on employees firm-wide.

Lead with confidence and assertiveness: You'll be the person our team relies on for guidance, support, and leadership. Building trust will be your top priority, as you help our staff navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and grow professionally.Own the full HR functions: From recruiting top talent to managing employee relations, compliance, and performance, you'll be responsible for all HR operations. But your role won't stop there—you'll also be a strategic partner to our leadership team, driving initiatives that enhance our firm's culture and employee engagement.Roll up your sleeves and dive in: We need someone who's ready to get their hands dirty. Whether it's solving a staffing issue, implementing a new benefit program, or mediating employee concerns, you'll be right there in the action, finding solutions.Build an environment of trust: Your ability to earn the respect and trust of our team is the most critical aspect of your role. This means leading by example, providing honest and thoughtful guidance, and consistently demonstrating a commitment to the well-being of our employees. What You'll Do: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and payroll.Serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership team, collaborating on initiatives that foster growth and engagement.Be the go-to resource for employees across all offices, addressing issues with empathy, sound judgment, and expertise.Lead organizational development, shaping the firm's culture, and embedding our values into every aspect of the business.Occasionally travel to our other office locations to support our teams and align firm practices across states. What We're Looking For: A leader with 3+ years of experience managing HR functions in a small to mid-sized organization.A people-first approach: You must have a passion for building strong teams, resolving conflicts, and developing a culture where people feel supported and empowered.Strong knowledge of HR compliance, best practices, and employment law.Emotional intelligence, communication skills, and the ability to lead with integrity and transparency.
