Scope of Responsibilities Talent Acquisition · Develop execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier talent across all roles and levels · Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding · Nurture candidates throughout their recruitment process, creating a best in class candidate experience · Engage in innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates · Maintain strong relationships with outside recruiting agencies Learning and Development · Identify and assess the training needs of the organization and develop tailored learning and development programs · Design and deliver effective training sessions, workshops, and webinars on various topics · Engage outside consultants where necessary to bring in outside knowledge and address skill gaps within the organization General People Operations Activities · Support the administration of people related activities · Build and manage programs that promote engagement and professional development for our employees · Work with People Operations team to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations · Bring new ideas to the table and influence best practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction · Partner with our People Team to make Landmark Bio a top place to work Qualification · 8+ years of experience as HR Generalist or Business Partner required · 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition · Experience developing and implementing learning and development programs · A human resources professional certification preferred · Proven ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities · Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations · Familiar with building new programs and systems · Creative thinker who is not afraid to try new ideas
