Job Scope: The People Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting and streamlining People Operations and payroll processes across our global organization. This position will support the day-to-day HR operations, maintaining HR and payroll data, and supporting compliance with local and international regulations.. This role will focus on providing operational excellence, employee support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
\n Essential FunctionsManage daily HR administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and documentation.Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, and vendor communications.Collaborate with internal teams to support HR initiatives and projects.Verify payroll inputs to ensure accurate processingServe as the first point of contact for team member inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and processes.Assist with reporting and other projects as needed Minimum QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to function well in a high-paced environment. Technical RequirementsProficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software.Knowledgeable in ADP Workforce Now, Sapling, CultureAmp, or other related software. Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.2+ years of related experience required.HR Certification Preferred (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR)
