Location: Milpitas, CA or La Mirada, CA Responsibilities Manage the employee life cycle from on-boarding to off-boarding Support implementation of corporate-wide policies, procedures, systems, and initiatives Provide coaching, direction, and counsel to the site business leadership team, as well as all levels of employees to proactively anticipate, prevent, and resolve a wide area of HR issues Program management in areas including employee performance, annual compensation review, manager and employee development, and succession planning Provide individual and group training on a variety of HR tools, policies, and procedures, management training and topics as required Partnering with hiring managers to support the full cycle of the recruiting process Answer and assist field offices with general HR questions and requests Assist with time card collection and ad hoc HR reports Other administrative duties as required Requirements 1+ years of HR experience, bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related.
(preferred) Familiar with federal and state employment laws and regulations Excellent written and verbal communications skills Able to work independently and within a team environment Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish preferred Able to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
