The RoleThe People Business Partner role will support our Go-to-Market (GTM) team by aligning business strategy with people-focused solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll support change management, workforce planning, talent management, work through tricky employee relations issues, support business leaders, and help drive people-related initiatives. You'll leverage data insights to influence growth, scalability, and team efficiency while fostering our Alchemy culture.
Strategic Partnership & Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor and coach for business leaders. Identify and advise leadership on the development needs of their teams and functions.People Programs & Culture: Spearhead initiatives like performance management, talent development, engagement, retention, compensation, and employee communications to enhance culture and organizational effectiveness.Data-Driven Insights: Use data and analytics to identify trends, and develop strategies that influence change and drive performance.Change & Talent Management: Drive strategies for workforce planning, employee development, leadership growth, and organizational effectiveness, while supporting change management and team building.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR policies comply with regulations, address employee relations issues, and minimize risks.Collaboration: Partner with HR, legal, and leadership teams to scale the business and implement innovative people strategies.Employee Support: Guide and support employees through professional development, career planning, and sensitive people situations. Provide strategic business partnership, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.Summarized Requirements:Experience: 5+ years in HRBP or equivalent roles.Skills: Strong project management, strategic problem-solving, consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills. Effective communication and critical thinking skills.Leadership: Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, influence strategy, and handle confidential information with discretion.Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments and demonstrate empathy, inclusion, and innovation.The ability to synthesize complex situations into a digestible format for business leaders and their teams.The ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information.The unique ability to flourish, and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity.Able to work out of our SF office 3 days per week.Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off.
The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $140,000 - $170,000 annually. Please note this range reflects base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
