What we need: Mohawk is looking for a People Systems Manager who can do more for all Mohawk brands across residential, distributor, and builder multifamily divisions.
The People Systems Manager is a leading performer that supports the HR technology team by overseeing projects and processes. This role will be responsible for creating and managing programs and solutions to meet the needs of stakeholders and the HR technology team.
What you'll do: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within HR systems, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies. Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to support HR analytics, workforce planning, and decision-making. Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency through system automation and integration. Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance user experience, increase data accuracy, and drive operational excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, configure system settings, and manage vendor relationships. Recommend modifications to existing systems or processes to improve service delivery or reduce costs. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Ensure issues are escalated as appropriate in a timely manner to allow resolution with minimal or no business impact. Performs other duties as needed. What you have: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 6-8 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Workforce Management Software and Payroll/Benefits Software in SuccessFactors, SAP, and ADP is required. What you're good at: Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Recognized cross-functionally as an expert within one or two subject matter areas. Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products. Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once. High degree of professionalism, judgment, maturity, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines and procedures. What else? Temporary indirect reporting relationships may exist while working as Project lead. May be required to act in senior role, providing task related advise and direction to junior team members.
