Position Overview and Responsibilities At Sentral, we are building a team of people-first focused individuals who thrive on going above and beyond. The People and Talent Coordinator is responsible for driving recruiting efforts across multiple regions while providing administrative support for the People Team. The ideal candidate has a strong desire to be a part of a unique and rapidly growing company. The right candidate has a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial drive including a high tolerance for uncertainty. To be successful in this role, candidate will be extremely organized, have a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and a track record of performance.
This is a complete remote position with no in-person requirements; however, the company is prioritizing candidates located in states with current business operations. What You'll Do: Support recruiting efforts by posting new job listings across multiple regions and help support recruiting ads and sponsorship strategy.
Review applications and resumes in ATS for qualified applicants.
Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews.
Provide hiring managers with feedback for candidates who continue through the hiring process, including updates on recruiting status.
Partner closely with recruiting team and hiring team to deliver an excellent hiring experience for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify new recruiting channels and opportunities to further attract top talent.
Partner with Hiring Managers to ensure that all recruitment and talent pipeline needs are met.
Ensure a robust, proactive pipeline of talent in the industry to maintain engaged talent for emerging and new markets.
Consistently source active and passive talent from Hospitality, Multi-Family, Travel and Technology industries.
Stay up to date on the latest policies, practices, and trends within the industry.Process offer letters, i-9 verifications, and other documents as requested.
Support onboarding and offboarding operations as needed.
Complete tasks that support cross-department teams to ensure progress and attainment of team and company goals. Provide overall administrative support to the People Team.
