The Opportunity:
-Works in an SDLC and understands SDLC
-Contributes to requirement gathering, elicitation, and documentation
-Contributes to system and application design
-Defines / documents current and future operational scenarios; works with other business areas, and client groups to translate moderately complex business needs into systems solutions/business requirements
-Assists project teams in the delivery of applications, systems, processes, metrics, and services in agreed-upon timeframes
-Analyses the probable impact of recommendations and solutions for client groups
-Conducts post-implementation analysis
-Participates in the development of / may develop test scenarios to validate requirements
-Troubleshoots basic system issues; continuously monitors HCM software for accuracy

What you need:
-Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
-A Systems Analyst with 3- 4+ years of business/tech experience
-Experience in PeopleSoft HCM is a must (required)
-Ability to write macros, and queries(required)
-Excel functional knowledge (required)
-Experience in project management (preferred)
-Experience in SDLC (required)
-1-3 years experience in US HR Payroll(preferred)
-Ability to code and create SQL reports (good to have, not a must)
-Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
