Per-Diem Cna Assisted Living Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team for numerous Per-Diem opportunities in the state of Washington. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a warm and nurturing environment.   Responsibilities:   1. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance. 2. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff. 3. Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents, ensuring their dignity and comfort. 4. Assist with serving meals, feeding residents who require assistance, and ensuring proper hydration. 5. Maintain accurate records of residents' care and documentation as required. 6. Promote a clean and safe environment by following established procedures and protocols. 7. Attend to residents' personal needs, such as toileting, positioning, and transferring. 8. Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other members of the healthcare team. 9. Participate in resident care planning and implementation of care plans. 10. Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing staff or facility management.
