Able to communicate with Pharmacy Department personnel to delegate duties, inform about policies, train, assist with performance appraisals, and approve refunds/expense/returns.
Able to communicate with customers for prescription counseling , handle complaints and problems, assist with questions, and recommend products/services.

Write reports (i.e., weekly/monthly, accident/injury.
Expense, security), maintain logs, complete daily Pharmacy Department personnel worklists, prepare paperwork for bank deposits, complete requisitions, and complete new hire paperwork.

Operate computer terminal for processing prescriptions.

Add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers and fractions/decimals to calculate gross profit, complete balance sheets, and review information concerning sales performance, sales versus expenses, payroll percentage to sales, and controllable expenses.
