The outpatient Women's Chemo Infusion Center is dedicated to providing excellent care to women with a variety of gynecologic cancers. In a collaborative environment, our team of infusion nurses, medical assistants, nurse coordinators, physicians, and nurse practitioner strive to provide chemotherapy in a safe, compassionate and timely manner. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care. Responsibilities Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment. Educates patients and their families on how to manage their illness or injury, including post treatment home care needs and medication administration.
