Essential Duties and Responsibilities Obtain and accurately record patient's vital signs Document components of patient's history Communicate in an open and appropriate manner with patients, visitors and staff Participate in in-office procedures under the direction and supervision of a licensed healthcare provider Perform diagnostic CLIA waived testing Perform venipuncture to obtain blood for lab testing Prescription call-backs per scope of practice Prepare patient's chart for pertinent clinical information Maintain inventory of supplies, and keep patient examination rooms stocked Adhere to regulatory compliance issues Qualifications High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- required Previous experience in a patient care setting - preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - State Licensure Upon Hire - required Salary Range: $23.00/hr - $28.76/hr
