Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Performance Ads Video Editor with 7+ years of experience to join our team in Los Angeles.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating captivating video content that drives performance across digital ad platforms.
You'll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to produce eye-catching, engaging, and conversion-driven video ads tailored for various social platforms and performance marketing channels.
Your expertise in editing and storytelling will directly contribute to Flip.shop's rapid growth and user acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality video content for performance-driven ad campaigns, optimized for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Creative Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive measurable engagement and conversions.
Performance Optimization: Work with marketing teams to analyze ad performance data and iterate on video content to improve click-through rates (CTR), engagement, and ROI.
Platform-Specific Expertise: Tailor video content to align with the unique requirements and best practices of each digital ad platform.
Collaboration: Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and the performance marketing team to ensure consistency and alignment across all campaign elements.
A/B Testing: Implement and test variations of video ads to determine what resonates most with audiences and enhances performance.
Trends & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video editing, social media advertising, and creative tools to continuously innovate and elevate our video ad content.
Requirements: Experience: 7+ years of video editing experience, with a proven track record of creating high-performing digital ads, preferably in e-commerce, social media, or consumer products.
Technical Skills: Mastery of video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar) and familiarity with motion graphics, color correction, and sound design.
Performance Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of performance marketing and how to create content optimized for conversions across different ad platforms.
Creative Vision: Ability to bring creative concepts to life with a focus on storytelling, brand alignment, and audience engagement.
Data-Driven Approach: Experience using data insights to inform editing decisions, including iterating on videos based on performance metrics.
Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring the final product is polished and aligned with brand standards.
Communication Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
