Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health is hiring a Performance Improvement Registered Nurse (PI - RN)Primary responsibility is coordinating the facility's performance improvement plansAssist with medical record audits, data entry and analysis, and compliance audits

Responsibilities
• Conduct intensive reviews of targeted events• Conduct camera review of incidents, patient observation rounds, and other risk related matters• Facilitate, develop, and provide educational programs to ensure awareness of the Risk Management program• Day shift schedule
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field• Licensed as a Registered Nurse• Strong organizational and time management skills• Strong computer skills• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Experience with data collection, analysis, interpretation, application, and evaluation• CPI/CPR Certification required• Experience with hospital and risk management preferred
