Role Overview We are seeking a Performance Marketer who thrives on creating data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. If you're analytical, creative, and eager to optimize marketing efforts for maximum ROI, we want you on our team. Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across channels, including PPC, social media ads, display, and affiliate marketing. Data-Driven Decision Making : Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and make data-backed recommendations for optimization. Budget Management : Allocate and optimize budgets effectively to maximize ROI and ensure campaign profitability. Collaboration : Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align messaging and strategies. Technology Utilization : Leverage marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation systems to enhance campaign performance. Reporting : Create detailed performance reports, highlighting successes, opportunities, and actionable insights. Qualifications Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and act on insights. Expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of emerging marketing trends and technologies. Preferred Skills Experience with affiliate marketing programs. Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Basic understanding of SEO principles.
