Capacity is a clinic where we blend PT, with performance, and wellness.Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled performance based Physical Therapist to join are high level team in Bend, OR. We are a hybrid gym where we blend physical therapy with training. Our clients come in for care regardless of pain. We are an out of network cash based clinic where we can help the person in front of you, and not be limited by an insurance company. We value education and collaboration with our team.Duties:- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans- Administer therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion- Educate patients on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities at home- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsRequirements:- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program- Valid Oregon license or certification as a Physical Therapist- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology- Experience in strength and conditioning- Strong skill work in manual therapy- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to careIf you are a dedicated Physical Therapist looking to make a positive impact on the lives of patients, we would love to hear from you.
