Job Summary
The Perioperative Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
This role will require you to use your expertise in nursing to assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
Implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
BSN required within 24 months of hire into RN position
Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
Current AHA or ARC BLS provider
Surgical experience required
