**Job Description:**

Campbell Soup is searching for a versatile and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team in our Chicago office. This part-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing a diverse range of administrative tasks. The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing the productivity of our executives, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain communication (emails, letters, reports) ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Organize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and actions are taken.

2. **Meeting Coordination:**
- Prepare meeting agendas and materials, ensuring attendees are informed and prepared.
- Take detailed minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant stakeholders, following up on action items as necessary.

3. **Travel Management:**
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Develop travel itineraries and provide necessary documentation such as visas and travel insurance.

4. **Project Assistance:**
- Support various projects by conducting research, gathering information, and providing updates to the executives as needed.
- Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables, helping to ensure adherence to deadlines.

5. **Communication Liaison:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, managing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, maintaining a network of contacts across departments and external partners.

6. **Document Management:**
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents, contracts, and reports, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in drafting and editing presentations and reports for stakeholders.

7. **General Support:**
- Perform miscellaneous office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office space, and ensuring the office environment is organized and welcoming.
- Assist in planning and executing team events, meetings, and workshops as required.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience in administrative support.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Ability to work autonomously and take initiative in completing tasks.
- Reliable: Consistently meets deadlines and maintains a high level of accountability.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse individuals.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with various software and communication tools.
- Experience with calendar management, travel booking platforms, and project management tools is a plus.
