Montgomery, MN 56069, USA Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain deep knowledge and understanding of all deposit and consumer lending products, services, policies, and procedures.Engage in professionally helpful, curious, and courageous customer conversations to identify specific needs and make customized recommendations.Proactively reach out to existing and potential new customers in-person and by phone to reinforce and deepen relationships.Consistently make customer introductions to banking partners to grow depository, lending, investment, and trust relationships.Ability to enhance business relationships through consistent recommendation and referral of treasury management products.Fully understand all aspects of consumer credit to make personalized credit recommendations.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 3 years related experience.A high level of professional communication, attention to detail, and technical skills are required to provide quality service.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Must be goal oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.EducationA related post-secondary degree is preferred.Must be licensed or have the ability to get licensed to sell non-bank investment products and credit insurance.Salary range starting at 48,000 per year with the potential to earn more with our incentive plans.
