Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney
Salary: $125,000-250,000/yr + bonus
Location: REMOTE
Respected law firm based in Los Angeles is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join their litigation team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law.
In the role, can expect to focus on cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other misc.
personal injury cases.
This is a remote position, though ability to travel for cases is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for cases Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Represent clients in court hearings and trials Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.)
degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in CA 3+ years of experience practicing personal injury law, preferably with an emphasis on motor vehicle accidents Strong understanding of state and federal laws and regulations related to personal injury Proven track record of successful case outcomes Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment Proficiency in legal research and case management software
