A well-established personal injury law firm specializing in representing clients involved in all types of personal injury, medical malpractice and wrongful death matters.

Position Overview:
Firm is seeking an experienced and bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on litigation.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple cases while maintaining excellent client relations.

Key Responsibilities:
\u00b7 Case Management: Assist attorneys in managing a high volume of personal injury cases from intake through resolution.

\u00b7 Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns in both English and Spanish.

\u00b7 Document Preparation: Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

\u00b7 Legal Research: Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents related to personal injury and other relevant areas.

\u00b7 Coordination: Work with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties to gather necessary documentation and evidence.

\u00b7 Trial Preparation: Assist in preparing cases for trial, including organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks.

\u00b7 Translation Services: Translate documents and communications for Spanish-speaking clients to ensure they fully understand their legal rights and case status.

\u00b7 Litigation Support: Provide comprehensive support during the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Qualifications:
\u00b7 Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on litigation.

\u00b7 Education: Associate's degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution, preferred.

\u00b7 Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

\u00b7 Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

\u00b7 Client Service: Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working closely with clients who may be under stress or in difficult situations.

\u00b7 Other Related Tasks: Ability to assist with additional related tasks in the office as required.
