We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for a position within our dynamic legal team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, primarily within the personal injury practice area.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the discovery process, legal compliance, and the preparation of legal documents.
You will utilize your expertise in electronic filing systems and legal case management software to streamline operations and enhance the efficiency of our legal proceedings.

Responsibilities:
As a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1.
Drafting, editing, and reviewing legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
2.
Managing electronic filing systems and utilizing legal case management software to maintain organized, up-to-date case files.
3.
Assisting in trial preparation by organizing evidence, preparing exhibits, and coordinating with expert witnesses.
4.
Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and provide valuable insights to the legal team.
5.
Managing the discovery process, including the collection, analysis, and organization of discovery materials and medical records.
6.
Collaborating with attorneys to prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and meetings, and providing comprehensive legal assistance as needed.
7.
Ensuring legal compliance in all activities, maintaining the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct.
8.
Demonstrating exceptional time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the role of Hybrid Litigation Paralegal will possess the following qualifications:
1.
A Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
2.
A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a paralegal role, preferably within a personal injury practice area.
3.
Exceptional skills in drafting and reviewing legal documents, with an in-depth understanding of the discovery process.
4.
Proficiency in using electronic filing systems and legal case management software.
5.
Demonstrated experience in trial preparation and legal research.
6.
Strong knowledge of legal compliance and the ability to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios.
7.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
8.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with clients and other legal professionals.
9.
Experience in handling discovery materials and medical records, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
