1-3 years of civil litigation experience, defense experience is preferred.
Candidates will eventually direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings, and negotiate settlements.


The firm's practice is focused on the areas of:

Premises Liability First and Third-Party Property Construction Defect Products Liability Insurance General Liability Automobile Liability (PIP, BI, UM/UIM, ECL)

Requirements:

Juris Doctor degree, and current member of the GA Bar in good standing.
