Personal Insurance Account Manager

Apply now!Responsibilities:Retain existing customers by providing excellent customer experiencesHelp Budzisz Agency grow by using techniques to sell insurance products to new customersBecome familiar with accounts and claim activityProactively cross-sell to provide additional coverage to existing customersPrepare quotations and applications to close salesManage assigned accounts including marketing to carriers, binding coverage, issuing renewals, producing evidence of insurance, etc.Help maintain common workflowTroubleshoot claims and billing issuesDevelop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads and contribute to meeting production goalsAppropriately documents conversations with clients and carrier representatives and updates all agency systems when necessaryComplete other duties as assignedQualifications:We are looking for candidates with an Associates or Bachelor's degree but will consider those with relevant insurance industry experience, as wellInsurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is highly preferred but candidates with the appropriate skills should still apply, training is providedApplicants must have an active insurance license in their state or be willing to get licensed in 90 daysCandidates should have basic computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.)Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skillsAbout Company:Budzisz Agency, a part of BWO Insurance, is a third-generation family-run agency that provides commercial, personal, life, and health insurance services.
