What We have to Offer We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Lines Assistant to join our team in Manchester, Vermont! This is a full-time, in-office position with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, you'll support a team of Account Managers by processing policy updates, handling customer requests, and ensuring seamless daily operations across multiple branch offices. What you Bring As a key member of the team you will provide vital support to a team of Account Managers across 9 branch offices. Your responsibilities will include processing endorsements and cancellations, handling pending cancellations and reinstatements, issuing binders and ID cards upon request, and processing payments over the phone. You will manage daily downloads for assigned Personal Lines policies, develop strong relationships with clients and insurance company personnel, and ensure compliance with all systems, procedures, and regulations. You'll work independently with limited oversight while collaborating with your team to meet production goals. Salary Range Starting at $33k, depending on experience, plus a $1,000 signing bonus. The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the position.
