OVERVIEW
The primary function of this position is to work autonomously or in collaboration with the personal lines team to generate accurate endorsements, evidences of insurance, timely response to clients and any third parties for client related actions.
This position is critical to the success of our Personal Lines Servicing Unit.
The client's perception of our overall level of service is partly based on these job functions.
Accuracy and attention to detail is a requirement along with following agency workflows and standard procedures.
DUTIES/ACTIVITIES
Work in conjunction with the team to meet time sensitive goals set forth by the Account Managers and the Personal Lines Manager
Maintain client activity in the agency automation system and keep open Suspense items up to date
Timely response for client related activity
Complete endorsement quotes, accurate issuance of endorsements and follow up for verification of completion
Complete evidences of insurance and insurance ID cards for auto and home mortgagee changes
Remain current on coverages, forms, and company rating tools to effectively support the account managers in a timely and accurate manner
Participate in further education when requested
Assume other job responsibilities as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Agency Personal Lines experience
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Property and Casualty Producers license
-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment
-Ability to work well with others
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-AMS360 management system experience
-Working knowledge of management and quoting systems for company partners:
Chubb, PURE, Travelers, Cincinnati, Hanover, Progressive, and additional carriers.
-Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and the internet
