The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of insurance products, proficiency with the EPIC management system, and the ability to work closely with team members to deliver top-quality service.Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Maintain and service a book of personal insurance clients, addressing inquiries related to policies, coverage options, billing, and claims.Policy Renewals: Proactively manage the renewal process, including reviewing coverage needs, obtaining quotes from carriers, and presenting renewal proposals to clients.Endorsements and Policy Changes: Process policy changes such as endorsements, cancellations, and new business submissions within EPIC.Claims Support: Assist clients with claims, provide guidance on the process, and follow up with carriers to ensure timely resolution.Coverage Reviews: Conduct coverage reviews for existing clients to identify potential gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.EPIC System Utilization: Utilize the EPIC agency management system to manage client accounts, document interactions, track tasks, and ensure accurate record-keeping.Carrier Relationships: Communicate and negotiate with insurance carriers to secure the best terms and coverage for clients.Team Collaboration: Work closely with producers, underwriters, and other team members to provide excellent client service and ensure the successful management of accounts.Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure all processes comply with company policies and insurance guidelines.Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in personal lines insurance account management.Proficiency in using the EPIC management system.Strong knowledge of personal insurance products (homeowners, auto, umbrella, etc.
