Second Generation Insurance Agency specializing in Personal Lines Insurance looking for a career-minded associate to join our close-knit professional team. Career Opportunity: Personal Lines Licensed Customer Service Rep

•Supportive training provided
•Starting pay: $28-$34/Hr
•Full Time: 40 hours
•Office Hours: 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
•Sign on bonus

•Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong organization skills & detail oriented
•Adapt and work well in a fast pace environment
•Ability to multi-task & prioritize

Responsibilities:
•Greet walk in clients and answer phone inquiries
•Resolve client's concerns and issues effectively & efficiently
•Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients
•Maintain complete and accurate files in our agency management system
•Process quotations, binders and endorsements for all client business
