The Personal Lines Manageris primarily responsible for managing the personal lines team to meet company standards while also servicing a specialized (high-net-worth) book of business.


Duties of a Personal Lines Manager include but are not limited to:
Maintain a Property & Casualty license along with keeping up with Continuing Education.
Understanding, following, and enforcing the Basic Procedure Manual & Workflow Manual.
Primary point of contact when an issue needs to be escalated to a manger.
Primary Contact when marketing and underwriting representatives visit the office.
Responsible for planning and executing informational personal lines meetings.
Responsible for the implementation and follow up of process changes within the office.
Consults with the staff on the ongoing status of quality management, workflow, and target list reporting.
Address concerns and resolve issues from staff members.
Responsible for on-boarding/training and development of new personal lines staff members.
Regularly review and monitor the status of the office culture and discuss those findings with the Regional Manager.
Having the knowledge and experience to handle or consult on complex accounts.
Service a specialized book of business.
Perform other duties as assigned.
