What You'll Do
Prospect, develop, propose, and bind new businessActively pursue new client prospects through networking, cold calling and personal referralsMaintain the proper documentation for existing and prospective clientsOversee all aspects of your new clients with the assigned account managerDrive and support cross-selling strategies for existing clients, as well as new relationshipsFoster and seek relationships with teammates across all levels of Brown & BrownEnsure compliance with government agencies and corporate policies and proceduresAttend training sessions and education to maintain up-to-date skills
What You'll Need
Bachelor's Degree, preferred2-5 years sales experience, requiredProperty & Casualty License, preferredStrong financial aptitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office 365Outgoing, extroverted personality and event networking skillsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skillsThis position requires routine or periodic travel which may require the teammate to drive their own vehicle or a rental vehicle.
Acceptable results of a Motor Vehicle Record report at the time of hire and periodically thereafter, and maintenance of minimum acceptable insurance coverages are a requirement of this position
