Your Responsibilities:
Directly promote our residential pest control services to potential and current clients. Proactively reach out to potential customers, manage appointments, and maintain a consistent schedule. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services, cultivating strong client relationships. Customize product offerings, close sales, and secure valuable referrals. Gather necessary customer information and process payments for each sale. Address inquiries and concerns from prospective and active customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Collaborate with the service delivery team to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Participate in engaging marketing events such as home and garden shows to generate exciting new leads.
