We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Senior Consultant to join our team and assist with the integration of our ERP/CRM platform, PestPac.
As a key contributor, you will help streamline the implementation process and address the backlog of acquired businesses, ensuring that our internal team has the support needed to execute efficiently.
We need "doers" who are ready to roll up their sleeves and actively engage in the technical and training aspects of our operations.
Key Responsibilities: ERP/CRM Implementation:Collaborate with our internal team to implement PestPac across acquired businesses.Manage and execute data migration and integration tasks to consolidate existing systems into PestPac.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation process.Training and Support:Develop and deliver training programs for employees who will be using PestPac.Provide ongoing support and resources to ensure user adoption and proficiency with the system.Create training materials and documentation to assist in onboarding and ongoing education.Collaboration:Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand specific needs related to the integration of PestPac.Foster a collaborative environment with internal teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices.Qualifications: Proven experience with PestPac is essential; familiarity with ServSuite, FieldRoutes, and/or FieldWork is a plus.Strong technical background in ERP/CRM implementation and data management.Experience in training and mentoring users on software systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to challenges.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Why Join Us?
