Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the Manager, Pharma Compliance is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and management of Nestlé Health Science's "NHSc" Pharma compliance program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, administer, and maintain NHSc Pharma's Compliance Program in conjunction with Director of Compliance.Create and execute a Compliance Training Program, including the development of live and web-based training content.Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate employees about compliance policies, including ethics, fraud, bribery, and conflicts of interest.Develop, implement, and maintain written policies, procedures, guidance, and communications plan to address new business initiatives and ensure compliance with FDA and federal healthcare program requirements, and all other applicable federal and state laws, codes and enforcement trends.Prepare and present and/or distribute compliance presentations, memorandums, and reports.Implement and ensure consistency of compliance auditing and monitoring activities.Manage transparency reporting, including compliance with US federal Sunshine Act, FDA samples reporting, and state disclosure law reports.Conduct internal monitoring and auditing on an ongoing basis to assess compliance within the NHSc Pharma.Oversee NHSc Pharma's compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.Demonstrate commitment to the goals and core values of the company.EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical legal industry, with progressive experience and leadership within corporate compliance roles.Healthcare Compliance Certificate (i.e. CHC or CHPO) is preferred.PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience developing and implementing an effective Corporate Compliance Program in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.Hands-on substantive experience in developing healthcare compliance training and communications materials, and the execution of a compliance training program.In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry with expertise in the body of laws and regulations impacting pharmaceutical companies.Familiarity with relevant industry laws and regulations, including the U.S. Physician Payments Sunshine Act, False Claims Act, and Anti-kickback Statute.Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including active listening and presentation skills.Proactive identification, leadership, and resolution of problems or issues.Ability to influence and enlist support in achievement of objectives.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility, commitment to teamwork, and a willingness to adapt to meet the company's needs.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Power BI preferred.Ability to travel as required, up to 10%.The approximate pay range for this position is $96,000 – $130,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
