This is a hybrid position that can be located in any of our offices. The ideal candidate is a pre-2020 law school graduate with at least 1-4 years of small molecule pharmaceutical product experience, including preparing and prosecuting patent applications, and assisting in or drafting opinions. Candidates must have a chemistry undergraduate degree, and a PhD or masters in organic chemistry is strongly preferred but is not necessary if the candidate has pharmaceutical industry experience. Our associate compensation structure has two components:a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance.
