PHARMACEUTICAL PATENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2049)DescriptionOur client is seeking a mid-level pharma patent litigation associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in life science or pharmaceutical patent litigation, including Hatch Waxman litigation and disputes counseling, to join their IP practice.
Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree in biology, chemistry, or a related field relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
Registration to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office, or the ability to qualify, is preferred.
Applicants must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States.
A resume and law school transcript are required for the application.
