POSITION SUMMARY Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Staff Pharmacist and play a crucial role in enhancing patient care. In this pivotal position, you'll be responsible for accurately filling medication orders, closely monitoring patient therapies, and delivering expert drug information. As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll also lead and guide support personnel, ensuring a seamless operation of our pharmacy. In the absence of the pharmacy director, a staff pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the pharmacy director. QUALIFICATIONS Must hold an active Pharmacist Licensure in the State of North Dakota. Relevant degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Preferably experienced in a hospital pharmacy setting. Special Skills or Training: Proficiency in typing and strong verbal and numeric skills are essential. Excellent manual dexterity and finger coordination. Demonstrated ability to apply pharmacy and pharmacology knowledge to accurately interpret and process physician orders.
