Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:
Focus on clinical services (i.e., medication reviews, disease state management)Initiate care plans, follow up and documentDetermine appropriateness of drug therapyMonitor medication adherenceCollect and document relevant patient, drug, and disease informationRecommend OTC products and vitaminsAnswer questions from patients that require therapeutic knowledge, clinical analysis, or assessmentSupervise a pharmacy student or a provisional pharmacist in the performance of restricted activitiesOther duties as requiredTechnical Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-directed and able to work independentlyAbility to work well in a team environmentEducation and Experience:
Licensed and in good standing with the New Brunswick College of PharmacistsCertificate of Injection for Drug AdministrationFamiliarity with Pharmaclick Rx softwareA minimum of one year's experience as a retail Pharmacist is preferred.Prior experience working in a retail environment is considered an asset.What we offer:
