Pharmacist - In-Patient Pharmacy - PRN

Requirements

What to expect as an In-Patient Pharmacist:
Ensure safety and appropriateness of medication therapy through order verification, dispensing, home medication reconciliation, chart review, and dose/therapy adjustment as applicable.
Document medication-related interventions in medical record.Provide clinical support to practitioners.
Make recommendations and encourage safe and cost-effective pharmacotherapy for patients through multi-disciplinary collaboration.Oversee the medication dispensing process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of medications to patients.
This includes supervision of pharmacy technicians and/or interns.Oversee sterile compounding activities.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: College graduate, R.Ph.
(MTS Certified) or PharmD.Licensed/Registered Pharmacist with Missouri Board of Pharmacy required.Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette, and attention to detail are required.BLS, required. Your next move.
