As a Pharmacy Biller at AmeriPharma, you will be responsible for timely and accurate billing activities, including interactions with third party payers, and patients as well as maintaining accurate records.

- Office boarders Irvine) Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Duties and Responsibilities Change and rebill National Drug Code (NDC) Contact insurance for reject and overrides Create and follow up on prior authorizations Contact patients for insurance issues Collect copays Other duties as assigned by supervisor Required Skills/Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or independent pharmacy 2-3 years of experience in billing Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBM) Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently Excellent oral and written communication skills, including ability to effectively convey/summarize complex issues Able to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple complex projects Strong interpersonal skills and interacts well with peers, business, and compliance professionals and other third parties Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and be flexible Education Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills and Education Licensed/registered pharmacy technician
