Pharmacy Tech- - Hospital Pharmacy (State Certification)

This position assists Pharmacist and licensed personnel in recordkeeping, inventory and other necessary items for the smooth operation of the Pharmacy department within scope of responsibility and training.Minimum Qualifications:Education: High School DiplomaCertification, Licensure: Certification from the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Board or a pharmacy technician training program accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Five years' experience may substitute for certification.Preferred Qualifications:5 years' hospital experience and two years' retail experience.
