Job Description
Job Overview:
Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, supervisor, and/or director of pharmacy services, performs a variety of technical and clerical duties.
Responsible to maintain confidential reports, enter and retrieve data utilizing the computer system, fill requests for pharmaceutical supplies, and deliver supplies to nursing units.
Job Requirements:
High School Degree
Pharmacy Technician Certification
Active National Pharm Tech Cert (CPhT) is required Approved cert is through Pharm Tech Cert Board (PCTB) and ExCPT Cert by the National Healthcareer Association Active registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician
As of April 6, 2018, must be registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician
Up to 1 year experience in a related field
