JOB SUMMARY:
Performs laboratory specimen processing consisting of collecting, receiving, identifying, labeling, sorting, preparation, and internal laboratory distribution of blood, urine, and biological specimens.
Individual responds to inquiries concerning patient reports, reference ranges, specimen requirements, procedures, time required for test, and preparation for specimens outside labs for analysis.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or equivalent Required Completed Course/Program in Phlebotomy Preferred
